THIS IS "PADDY'S
CASTLE".

This picture was taken about 1953/4.
The girl on the left is my cousin Margaret Taylor and the little girl on
the tricycle is her younger sister, Iris.
The little blonde girl in the middle is their cousin Gillian. The
other children are also their cousins, Jim, Alex, Lillian, Charles &
Helen.
The lady on the right, collecting coal, is my cousins Granny Taylor.
Behind the right-hand staircase lived my Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Mary with
Margaret & Iris.
The top right-hand window was the house where Granny and Grandpa Taylor
lived.
The window below that was where Margaret and Iris' Uncle Charlie and
Aunt Jessie lived with their children.
The building was knows as "Paddy' Castle" because the longest-staying
resident was an Irish immigrant
called Patrick McKeane.
