Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be among the titled few?  I have just bought you a plot of land on an estate in the Scottish Highlands.  As a Scottish land owner you will be privileged with, and legally entitled to use, the title of Laird, Lord, or Lady, and will even acquire fishing rights for a mile of the river Spean.

The Title Laird is the Scottish form of Lord, meaning "land owner" and  you will become, from the 25th December 2007, the owner of your very own Highland Estate.   Although Laird (or Lord) is a title that may be used by men or women, the commonly accepted equivalent for women is "Lady".

The Scottish area of Lochaber is known worldwide for its romantic history, extraordinary beauty, and magnificent scenery. Home to Ben Nevis, the Great Glen, Fort William and many other places of interest which are a part of the very fabric of Scotland; Lochaber truly is the epitome of the Scottish Highlands.

Lochaber is acknowledged as the Outdoor Capital of the UK due to the huge range of outdoor activities and sports one can do in the area.   From sailing, fishing, walking, cycling, climbing, skiing, flying and scuba diving.  There are also the traditional activities like Highland Games, which people come from all corners of the world to enjoy.

Lochaber is home to some of the most spectacular countryside in the world.  From sandy beaches, to lofty mountains and lochs - vast woodland, and heather-filled moors.

The Highland Estate that I have purchased for you is between Loch Linnie and Glencoe, home of the MacDonalds, with glorious views over both.   By owning a part of Lochaber, you are doing your part to preserve and maintain this glorious land.

WHERE IS LOCHABER?
